About Thrive Clinical Solutions
Mission
Thrive Clinical Solutions was founded to support the development of confident clinicians. Working in a helping field can be overwhelming, but you shouldn't feel alone. Clinicians deserve to feel empowered, so they can thrive!
Experience
Thrive's Founder, Brittany Ruth Schmidt, is one of approximately 500 dually certified SLP-BCBAs in the world. She has over 12,000 hours of experience providing speech, language, feeding, and applied behavior analysis services. She has supervised and mentored dozens of providers, from aspiring RBTs, SLP grad students, to seasoned clinicians.
Specializations
Miss B specializes in emerging communication, including functional communication training, AAC evaluation and management, and complex speech sound disorders, such as childhood apraxia of speech. She has advanced training in pediatric feeding disorders and supporting executive function development.
